This spacious retreat includes two family rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, an inviting eating island, and a comfortable pull-out couch, providing ample relaxation space for a large group of family and friends seeking an escape from urban life.

Surrounded by decks on three sides and large windows, Stony Point provides the ultimate North Shore lake view, day and night. With no city lights to interfere, look to the night  sky to catch a glimpse of the Milky Way or the elusive Northern Lights.

Conveniently located just 15 miles from Duluth and 7 miles from Two Harbors, you’ll have access to shopping and restaurants. The Knife River Marina, only 1 mile away from Stony Point Place, offers a boat launch and a sandy beach. Hiking enthusiasts will find numerous trails nearby, including the scenic Knife River Trails.

For those with the flexibility to work remotely, Stony Point is an ideal place to call home, whether you’re looking for a short stay to recharge or an extended month-long getaway, offering a unique North Shore  experience far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Stardard Rates:  $275 – $395/night
Friday and Saturday: $495/night
4 night minimum

Off  Season Monthly Rentals are welcomed.  Please ask about our off season daily and monthly discount.

Add $250 cleaning & $159 manager’s fee, $99 refundable deposit, plus tax when applicable. 

Add $10/night for utilities.

Rate includes up to 4 people, including children.

Add $30 per night per person for each additional person.

A 5% credit card processing fee will be added for using a credit card to make payment. ACH is free.
