The fully furnished, four-bedroom, two-bath, single-family, one-level home is located on Colby Lake, offering a beautiful 3.2-mile loop walking trail outside the back door. Additionally, Woodbury, Minnesota, where Colby Lake Place is situated, combines urban bustle and idyllic quiet. The city has 51 parks, yet it is only 15 minutes away from St. Paul and Minneapolis.  

Woodbury is one of the more affluent places on Money’s list. The city has two malls offering ample options for shopping, dining out, or a dash to the grocery store.

Colby Lake  Park  is a community park with over 67 acres, incorporating wetlands and green spaces. Family-friendly amenities include an accessible playground, picnic areas, sports fields, and pickleball courts.

If you’re a golf enthusiast, you will be pleased to know that  Eagle Valley Golf  Course is only one and one-half miles away from Colby Lake Place. Less than 20 minutes away is Afton Alps, a 300-acre downhill ski and snowboard area in the nearby St. Croix River Valley, is also an ideal option for winter sports lovers.

The nearby St. Croix River Valley is teeming with natural beauty, fun water activities, and small river town charms. The St. Croix River was one of only eight waterways originally designated as a “National Wild and Scenic River” by the federal government in 1968. It’s also widely considered one of the best canoeing rivers in the nation.

Add $275 cleaning & $159 manager’s fee, $99 refundable deposit, plus tax when applicable.

Add $10/night for utilities.

Rate includes up to 4 people, including children.

Add $30 per night per person for each additional person.

A 5% credit card processing fee will be added for using a credit card to make payment. ACH is free.

Separate Owner’s Suite is located in the lower level, separate entry, no cross traffic.  Owner reserves the right the Owner’s Suite 24/7/365. Garages are not included in the reservation.
