Our prime location offers convenience, as we are located just 15-20 minutes from the Mall of America, MSP Airport, and Downtown Minneapolis, and a quick 5-minute drive to Downtown St. Paul. You’ll find entertainment and culture at your doorstep with the Xcel Energy Center, Ordway theaters, and Minnesota Children’s Museums nearby. Access to the Gillette Children’s Hospital and Regions Hospital makes our home a great place to settle in when you are away from your own home.

Savor the day on our lake-view patio, where you can witness breathtaking sunsets. Let the children frolic in the spacious front yard while you fire up the charcoal grill for a delightful cookout.

Just across the street is Phalen Region Park. This first-class park provides an abundance of activities, such as 3 miles of paved walking/biking trails that guide you around the scenic Lake Phalen and lead to a sandy swimming beach, sand volleyball court, children’s splash park, where water enthusiasts can rent canoes and sailboats. Barbecue grills are located around the site as well. Phalen Picnic Pavilion seats approximately 300 people, and the Amphitheater accommodates approximately 100 people.  The cross-country skiing track is a 1 km track set, 7 km skate-ski with mostly intermediate-level trails and a warming house.

A championship-style golf course is less than 2 miles away. Keller Golf Course boasts a rich history and tradition unmatched by any other public golf course in Minnesota. Keller has hosted several PGA and LPGA tours throughout the years. Keller reopened to the public in 2014 after a complete renovation that earned recognition as the Best Municipal Renovation of 2014 from Golf Magazine and Renovation of the Year from Golf Inc. Tee Times Magazine readers named Keller a Top 5 Favorite Public Course (2018), Top 5 Course that Provides the Best Value (2019), Top 5 Favorite Par 3 (2019) and Top 5 Golf Course in the Best Condition (2019). Standard Rate: $295 -$395/night

Weekend Rate: $495/night

4-30 Nights Minimum

Off Season Monthly Rentals are welcomed.  Please ask about our off season daily and monthly discount.

Add $295 cleaning & $159 manager’s fee, $99 refundable deposit, plus tax when applicable.

Add $10/night for utilities.

Rate includes up to 4 people, including children.

Add $30 per night per person for each additional person ages one year or older.

Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

A 5% credit card processing fee will be added for using a credit card.  ACH payments are free.

Separate owner’s suite is located in the lower level, separate entry, no cross traffic.

Owner reserves the right the owner’s suite 24/7/365.

Garages are not included in the reservation.

Manager reserves the right to do a background check.

All reservations are pending until we receive a signed rental agreement and deposit. Please fill out the reservation request form below or text your request to 1-612-750-8877.  Please text Your Full Name, The Property Name, Check in and out dates, and the Number of people in your party.

Locked Owner’s Apartment & Garage:  The owner’s personal items and office are located in a separate area in the lower level of the 3 story Property and garage– completely separate main entrance – no cross traffic.  These areas are not included in the Agreement.  The owner retains the right to access & use the Owner’s area during this Rental Period.  Do not block garage door access to the 3rd – single garage door – as the owners may access these areas of the home 24/7/365.  Guests have exclusive use of the 1st and 2nd floor of the home.
